I liked the kindness and professionalism of the staff at Esplanade of Woodmere, as well as how clean it was, how they cared for their residents, and the overall welcoming part from Hindel. She worked with me as I live out of town. We did a Zoom call back and forth and she helped me break down some costs. She was just very open and honest about what to expect. They made it easier to help my uncle, while I was there, and when I had to travel back to get doctors and nurses to do his intake. So. I appreciated all their kindness. I also liked that it's all-inclusive. So, he'll get 24-hour care. That's the most important for me, that it's a safe environment.
