I liked Maple Pointe at Rockville Centre. Everyone was friendly, we were able to see all of the living spaces and the common areas. And so I thought it was impressive. The room was very good. I just thought the staff was knowledgeable. It's a clean, well-kept facility.

Everything about Maple Pointe at Rockville Centre has been great. My father likes the room and the staff has been good. What he likes the most is it's a small environment. He's in the cottages, which is their memory care. When we went there to check it out, my daughter asked about the food and they brought the head chef over who talked to us for 20 minutes. My father has dietary restrictions and we were concerned about it, but they were very accommodating. He's on a pureed or special diet, so we wanted to make sure that they could accommodate his particular needs, and they've done a very good job. They do a lot of art projects, drawing, painting, a lot of music, and games with balls and balloons. They keep them active.
