I was very impressed with The Amberleigh. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and it had a very cozy feel to it. It's very secure and just a beautiful place. The lady was very knowledgeable and knew everybody there, whether they were the residents or staff members. She was a definitely a people person.
They had quite a few dining rooms. I went through the assisted living and memory care and everybody was eating. They were very organized and the staff was assisting them. They also had a craft room, an exercise room, and a very nice fireplace. Everybody seemed to get along really good.

The Amberleigh was very clean. The residents were getting ready to go on a trip. They were all gathered in the front, they were all smiling and laughing with each other, and it was like a family reunion. There was no one sitting by themselves in a wheelchair with a blanket over their legs. It was wonderful. The person during the tour was wonderful as well. The room was like your own apartment. It was wonderful. I know my mother would be very comfortable there. She will be in memory care.
I asked about four or five people how the food was, and they all told me it was wonderful. The dining area was very homey. Of course, we're living in a world of COVID, so the tables were not close together. I'm sure it was different before COVID hit. They took us through the activity room and showed us different projects that they worked on in the past and were getting ready to work on in the future. Most of the tour I had a mask on, but my mouth was open because I could not believe how wonderful it was. My sister's father-in-law stayed at Amberleigh. He was on the independent living side, and he absolutely loved it there.

I went to The Amberleigh I was very interested in it. Everything was beautiful there; it was immaculate, the staff was very nice, the ones I saw interacting with other people were very kind and attentive. The dining area was spaced out very nicely because of the COVID it was very clean. They have activities that they planned, but there were things that were normally available, but not available right now because of the COVID. The only thing that bothered me was there was no all-inclusive price, there was extra for this, extra for that.

My husband moved into The Amberleigh Memory Care. The workers/aides are great, they're very friendly, nice, and the place is immaculate; it smells great. We haven't had any complaints there at all. They do music and dancing, they go for walks, and they do painting, flower arranging, and nice things there. He seems to like the food, and the menus are great. However, he was having anger issues, and I don't think they're dealing with that very well.

Amberleigh was clean and very nice. The layout was large and involved lots of walking. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. It's a very nice community for someone with decent mobility. The had a beauty salon, a gift shop, and activity room.

The Amberleigh was very nice. They were not just rooms, but full, large and bright apartments, so there's plenty of room. They take the people out to stores, restaurant, and little gatherings. They also have activities during the day. I like the staff. They were very informative and pleasant.

My mother is in memory care. The staff are super-kind, patient, understanding, and resonsive. I feel reassured knowing she is being well taken care of.
