I toured Brompton Heights Located in Williamsville. We're looking for respite options for my mom. Not all places catered to respite, to the short-term stay, they were one of them, and their price was the deciding factor. The staff member was phenomenal, she was very helpful, and she was very friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything was in order, it was a very nice facility, clean, and well kept. The rooms were very well done, she did take me into two different sample rooms, and they were very, very nice. The dining room was nice too. They had a courtyard. It was available and open for my needs. It suited my needs.

Brompton Heights is a very small facility. There's maybe about 15 people in the Alzheimer's unit. They've always got something going on and they take good personal care of the residents. They've been very helpful. They also talk to us once every other week to let us know what's going on with mom, what's next and what to expect. Their dining room is beautiful. I ate a couple of meals with mom and it was very good. I like the one-on-one care. They know everybody's names and they treat the individuals with a lot of respect. They're very patient with the residents. Mom is very happy and very calm there, so we're very happy with it. I've already recommended them to others.
