Choosing to place a loved one in a home is one of the most difficult decisions a family has to make. Finding the right place and care facility can be daunting... After countless tours and phone calls, I found A Tender Loving Home. This home is perfect! It's clean and homey, it feels like a home more than a clinic/hospital. Huge tv in the rooms and the living room, a quiet little courtyard with a view of it from each room and the staff are all wonderful and have always addressed any concerns or questions right away. Dementia is frightening to deal with, for both the person and the family. I've asked myself over and over if this was the right choice for my uncle. The answer is YES!

Tender Loving Memory Care & Assisted Living Home was well kept, maintained, and clean. It was more of a large home style. This would be one of the places I would recommend my mom to go if they weren't out of my price range. It felt like a home to live in. The staff is very nice, family. Patients were engaged with staff. I was given a menu. I saw three patients in the house were around the table, and they were all working on something together. There were a lot of people there. It was not a big place. They said the rooms were large, probably larger than usual. They weren't complete on some things, and they were making more of a park setting in the backyard.

I recently toured this facility for my grandmother, who’s memory and health is declining. This facility is so welcoming and you can tell that the employees have put everything they have to make this place feel like a home. We met with the owner of the facility and he shared that he started the home in honor and memory of his grandmother.
They have a huge living area with so many fish for the residents to enjoy, and the rooms that are provided are color coded so residents with memory care can remember which room is theirs! Perfect for my grandmother, who LOVED the purple decorated room.
Seriously considering this facility for my grandmother and other family members.
