I toured Harmony Residential Care. We liked it, but it's $500 more a month than some of the others, and they will not take a pet and my husband has to have his pet. He would not be able to survive without his pet. They don't let you meet anybody. You don't talk to anybody except the director because of the Covid thing. You have to have a mask on and you can't go inside. Because of those factors, you really don't get to see as much. You can look through the window if you think you can see anything that way, but you can't get inside. That's a bad thing as far as people who want to really look. I want to see how clean it is, I want to see how it smells, and I want to see how it's laid out. It's great, and they're probably one of the very best one there is. If you can afford their price and if you don't care about the pet, that's probably a wonderful place.

I looked around Rio Rancho for a place for my Mom. I wanted a smaller facility with more staff coverage than the big, and terribly expensive Corporate facilities. After a long look and reading almost every review ever written, I found Harmony!! We were blessed that such a place exists here in Rio Rancho. From the Owner, Margaret S., to the staff, including Linda, Shannon, Maria and others, my Mom's needs and my expectations were being met. I want to 'thank' everyone at Harmony for the kind care, attention to Mom's needs and overall stress-relief I experienced knowing my Mom was in a safe, loving and caring home. THANKS HARMONY!

Today marks Mom’s 3rd month of being a member of the Harmony Homes community. I am very happy to be able to report that all goes well. Our dear elderly is in a safe and clean place, being well fed and cared for by a professional and friendly staff. She suffers from Alzheimer’s, and the kind patience exhibited by the staff is very comforting to us. We also are thankful with the social aspect, as Mom now has her day filled with interactions with her peers. We are so pleased (and relieved) to see Mom doing great in a place that really meets her needs. Finally, part of our decision to place Mom at Harmony came from us being impressed with the owner, Margaret, who is a extremely knowledgeable and kind person with decades of experience.

My mother is a resident at Harmony House and the staff is professional, caring and always there to answer questions. They're patience with dementia patience is truly amazing and appreciated. The house is clean and so are the residents. I have visited other places where there is an odor, and there is none here. Margaret is marvelous and runs a tight ship. She was instrumental in directing us to apply for Medicaid because of my mother's financial institution. Five stars definitely!! Karen R.
