About This Community

Forestview Manor is located in the heart of the New Hampshire Lakes Region in the charming town of Meredith. To best serve our residents with challenges such as Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of memory loss, Forestview Manor is the only assisted living community in the Lakes Region with its entire leadership team, and many staff members, trained as Dementia Certified Practitioners. At Forestview Manor, AspireCare is both our lifestyle and our therapy program. This unique holistic program of nurturing care is offered to every resident. We regularly train our entire staff in techniques specific to cognitive disorders and incorporate the latest in advanced research into our program and personalize it to each resident’s interests and needs every day.

At Forestview Manor, we take great pride in our customized and thorough staff training for our RNs, LPNs, and nurses’ aides. We are a 24-hour state-licensed assisted living community with a medical staff that includes a Medical Director, a Geropsychiatrist, and three licensed nurses onsite seven days a week. Our warm, caring, and professional staff brings many years of collective assisted living experience to Forestview. We also partner with community experts and specialists in various healthcare fields to provide exceptional and holistic care for our residents, up to and including hospice care if appropriate.

It is small, personal, clean, and doesn't have smell to it. They have bingo, music, exercise programs, and themed parties for different days like Cinco de Mayo. The staff is friendly, approachable, thorough, and caring. They did everything to help my mom move my dad in and made it very easy for him to transition there. They were very kind with my mom and very helpful in making the whole admission process very easy for us during a very stressful time.

It was very nice. The staff was very cordial and showed me all the rooms they had available. They had three different, older buildings dedicated to certain service needs of the residents. The staff seemed very nice and very prepared to help residents with memory care. They had multiple ongoing activities. The rooms were more like studios.

My father is here. The staff is very good, everybody is nice, and I'm very well satisfied. They are very caring and very thorough. The facility is excellent with regards to cleanliness and care.
