I'm very satisfied with Bedford Falls. My husband is getting excellent care, and he's more revitalized since he's been there. The staff is very caring. They're very attentive to him. I'm glad that I found it.
The only thing is it's rather expensive. I guess if you want good care, you have to pay for it. I had checked into a few other residences, but I just liked the people and the way the tour went at Bedford. I felt like it was a comfortable place.
I find the employees to be very helpful. They take care of all his needs, whenever it's requested. They're a very happy group of people. They get along well together.
The food is fine, and they have activities. He prefers not to partake in anything. They have people come in to play music. They have an afternoon social hour.
The facility itself is very clean. It's very well run, and they're on top of everything. Any time you ask for something, it's done immediately. I can't really say anything bad about the place.

My father was in Bedford Falls for six weeks. I will give them 10 for everything. They were perfect. They're incredible. It seemed like a Marriott courtyard extended living. It was gorgeous. The grounds were perfectly maintained. The entry was beautiful, like a hotel with a kitchen and coffee. The place was perfect. I've been in construction for 30 years, and I liked it. They were extraordinary because, with his dementia, he was quite violent, and they handled him perfectly and professionally. They treated him like one of the family. They even visited him on their days off when it was at the end just to say they care.
I am turned around as far as assisted living myself. I was always saying I would never go in one, but it was the best thing. It changed my mind. He was fed. The dining area was great. Mostly we did it in his room with us, but the food was excellent. They offered us as the family since he was in hospice when we were there if we wanted to eat. The dining area was very clean, very well organized, and good. I've been to a lot of places and worked 30 years in all different types of places and this was exceptional. I didn't observe much. I was visiting strictly for my dad, but they had outside viewing, arts and crafts, and movies and things that they did. When I visited, with the Covid conditions, we had to take him into his room and we stayed with him in his room. For the amount of care that we got, the price was less than some of the regular nursing homes that had multiple people in the units. We had our own room. It was 5 stars across the board. I'm hoping they're fully occupied all the time. They're great.

Bedford Falls was a gorgeous place and the director was awesome. I would've gone there myself. I was looking for my mother-in-law and it was out of our price range. They had something going on when I was there, and everybody seemed happy and was enjoying it. It's very well maintained. I was impressed with it. It's very well decorated inside.
