HeartFields at Cary was an excellent facility. I was very impressed, and they would have been one of my first choices if they weren't in Cary. They had a better staff to resident ratio and a low turnover rate for the employees. They have employees who have been there for 16 years. I was impressed with their credentials for the staff members, how many were RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. The staff during the tour was very good.

My dad stayed at HeartFields at Cary. It was nice. The staff was awesome. The dining area was very nice. My dad was in the memory care section. They tried to offer enough activities to keep them busy, which I appreciated. It was one of the reasons why we went there. The room was what I would expect for a memory care unit, but it was clean. You provide your own furniture there. The biggest thing was that everybody in the staff there could not have been nicer to my dad. They actually seemed to really care about their residents. The food was very good for institutional food. The place was nice, efficient, and in good shape.
