Willow Ridge was horrible. I did not make an appointment to go. I just walked in, and it had a person sitting upfront who told me that she doesn't give tours, but because the person who gives the tours wasn't there, she showed me around. She knew very little, and she couldn't answer any questions. The place was dirty when you walk in the door. It's not bright, and it looked unkempt. It looked like an institution. The whole place was dingy and old. It needs to be updated, painted, cleaned up, and get more knowledgeable staff.
