My mom is currently at The Addison of Durham. They are not very good with communication and follow through with the family members as we've been trying to move her. It's not a place I would recommend to anyone. The nursing staff is very good, however, the administrative staff is not good at all on follow through or communication or anything of that sort.
I have not been able to get in the building with COVID, and we haven't gotten any communication from them at all. The facility is clean and nice, it's just the staff is not communicative enough, and they don't have the infrastructure to handle the people that they have. It is a combination of a residential and commercial area. They do activities. I am paying $200 a day, so that's about average.
