We liked the way The Wellstead of Rogers & Diamondcrest Senior Living presents itself as a home, as well as the services they offer, and the availability of everything like recreation and fellowship. Their one-bedrooms were not big nor smaller, but they would work. The place was clean. They had an underground tunnel from memory care to senior living, which was nice. We enjoyed all the aspects of the presentation, such as the layout of the rooms, its size, and cleanliness.

The Wellstead of Rogers Diamondcrest Senior Living is the best place we've been to yet, and my mother has been in and out of different places. They're very caring people, and they stay on top of things. They have ice cream socials, concerts, and they have birds in the facility itself. We're happy and very pleased with everything they do. We get notified about things when we're supposed to. The staff has been wonderful. She was so picky with food before, but she's been eating very well there. It's a lot more of a personal type of place because it's small. It's locked up, and we have a code to get in and out of the facility, so they can't wander off. This way if they wander, they're not able to get out of the facility. The care has been really good.

This facility used to be the premier place in the twin cities. The Wellstead was sold and a management company is now running it they have gone through many executive directors over the past ten years and in my opinion they have the worst one to date. They have only a handful of CNA’s left here they hire people who have had little training I witnessed 2 future employees sleeping during an orientation and when I was walking by the topic was how residents have lower cognitive function and they may lash out because they don’t know better because of their disease some very important information was lost by sleeping I walked by this group about a half hour later and they were still sleeping they should have been walked out but no they need bodies to fill positions unbelievable don’t let your loved ones reside here

Medication mismanaged, lost personal items, dirty soiled furniture, wet urine soaked clothing tossed in laundry basket not tied up in a plastic bag so it sits and stinks up the room, I pulled back the covers of her bed to find dried up feces (they made her bed with dried up poo in it), a staff member mocks her. I overheard staff complaining of the working conditions and using the "F" word on Easter Sunday. Huge staff and management turnover.
