Beautiful facility that's well-maintained. Generous size room. Reasonably good personalized food. My father did not want to participate in activities, so I can't say a lot about that.
The staff is well-trained to be pleasant and agreeable, but sometimes follow-through is lacking. As a medical professional, I thought the staff could have used more training and supervision. They did not do transfers in the safest way. They did not manage shaving and hearing aids as well as one could wish. If a patient needs assistance to the toilet, even if they know how to call for help, there is little chance someone will come in time to prevent incontinence. Some staff were very responsive and helpful, others less so. The staffing ratios seem adequate. Overall, unless you get one to one care, this is probably as good as it gets.

My mother was a resident there for awhile. Nice facility but realize you do pay a premium.
On the tour they do tell you about the staff to resident ratio, but that hardly matters when the staff are tucked away playing on their phones.
Also, the medical care was poor. They seemed to rely on medication as their care. Most residents where sat in front of the television where they would just stare aimlessly.
My mother did get worse under their care were as now she is doing better. At a different place with more activities and staff interaction.

My mom was here in memory care and we had so many issues with staff. They play on their phones all the time and residents are put in front on the tv. We complained to upper management and my mom was kicked out. They don't like when you complain. We asked for my mom to see a dentist and they never brought one in. My dad had to finally take her somewhere else. My mom lost a lot of items from her room and they wouldn't help in finding them or issue a refund.
