Thank you Brookdale Senior Living Solutions of AnnArbor! Our family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the way you kept all residents and caregivers safe and healthy throughout this Coronavirus pandemic. Samantha and her amazing team took great care to keep residents connected with their families during an extremely difficult time. Families received daily email updates regarding procedures for closure, information about daily intensified cleaning, ways to continue to connect with loved ones (ie. “window visits”, phone calls, Zoom calls…). Families also received emails several times each week that included photos and videos of their loved ones, as well as uplifting messages from the staff. Because of their diligence, when the entire facility was tested for COVID 19, there were 0 positive cases for both residents, as well as caregivers!!! We can not thank Brookdale enough for the phenomenal work from the administration and the caregivers!! The Jenkins Family

My dad lived at Brookdale Ann Arbor. It's a nice-looking facility and its a very pleasant place. They had extremely good staff members on the floor. The food and dining area were fine. They worked hard to make the food interesting and they changed the menu quite a bit. They had a whole lot of stuff going on, like an exercise program for the people in memory care, musicians would come in, a woman would come in every Friday morning to sing, and they had some games. For the ladies, they had nail care every week or two. Every day in the assisted living facility one of the aides conducted games for half an hour in the coffee shop and we often went to that. They frequently ran a TV program in the memory care unit with games on it.
