Symphony Tri-Cities used to be Caretel Inns of Tri-cities. My mom has been there for about two and a half weeks now. It was a lot closer, and I can get on the bus and go out and see her if I want to. The location has a lot to do with it. Moving in was good. They're taking really good precautions and not letting Covid get in. Everything seems to be good. She seems to be in good spirits. She's in a memory care unit. The staff members seem really good. Everything seems fine, and everybody's doing what they're supposed to be doing to keep up with Mom and all the other patients. The facility seems really nice and clean. They seem to be friendly with all the people too. My mom has been saying food is really good. The first time I saw her eat lunch there, she wolfed it right down. She loves to eat. There were other patients there that were on oxygen and in a wheelchair, kind of half-sleeping. They were trying to get those people to eat too. My mom doesn't need any help with that. She will eat whatever is on her plate. She says the food is really good. Everything seems really clean. I haven't stayed there long enough to see my mom do any activities with them, but I know they do.
