Friendship Village Kalamazoo was very nice. They had a lot of amenities. They just were very helpful, and it looked like a nice place.
It was a big facility, so the people in memory care, obviously, would be more restricted to what they can do. I have a friend, and her mother lives there. She is in independent living, so she can make use of many of the things there. They have a lot of nice things for people that are able, but the facility in general is very nice.
The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. It was kept very clean, and the grounds were nice. The staff that I saw when walking around looked very friendly, so I was pleased with that.
