My mother moved into Heritage Community of Kalamazoo. I like that they have individual units. Everything seems to be clean. They seem to have enough staff to take care of the people in the memory care unit. The first day my mom was there, they gave her what they had for lunch. I did take a few bites of it after she was done eating, and it was good. Her room is very clean and very well put together. When a new person comes in, they put new carpet in, paint everything, and bring in a nice, new bed and mattress. I went there one time and they had somebody playing a guitar and singing some songs.
