Some staff are not kind to the residents. I heard a Medical Assistant yell at a resident to knock it off, because the resident was yelling. The food us not good, the kitchen is dirty, the caregivers cussing and gossip around the residents. Not enough staff. I would never put a loved one in this facility

My aunt has been in Vista Grande Villa. I like that it's a smaller unit, so staff-wise, they're a lot more attentive to each individual and a variety of care needs are being met. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. They have marvelous food. It's like restaurant quality. It's good stuff. They have multiple activities. They have activities, and they go out in the community. Even the people in their memory care, they take out in the community.
