About This Community
Brentwood at Niles has been in the area since 2000. We have 75 apartments on campus, 56 for Assisted Living and 19 for our secured Memory Lane. We have a nurse staffed on-site 24 hours per day and we provide up to and over 8 levels of care. We provide restaurant style dining with an always available menu. Our Activities Department plans event on and off campus and is always open to new suggestions or ideas for fun things to do.

I visited the memory care level of Brentwood at Niles and it was very good. The rooms were really clean, nice, and spacious. The residents were OK. They were just sitting around when I was there. The dining area was nice and clean. I also looked at their assisted living. The staff member who showed us around, I was very impressed with her, but she didn't call me back. I think they have one room that has a TV and an aquarium, and it was really good. In terms of the food, I think the residents can ask for what they want to eat.

We liked Brentwood at Niles a lot. It's very clean, friendly, and has very good customer service so far. The rooms were very nice, spacious, clean and well-kept. They seemed really conscientious of trying to make the activities fit the person and catering to lots of residents to help them, rather than putting a square peg in a round hole.
