From the moment we walked into Boulder Creek we knew this was the perfect place for our Mother!
The facility is new, nicely decorated, very clean, the friendliest staff, and offers every amenity our Mother needs. They even offer Church services for her with personal distribution of Communion for her if she doesn’t make it down to receive it in person!
The staff takes a personal interest in all of the patients. They make it so easy to feel relaxed and a sense of confidence to go away for long weekend's! Such a blessing for me!
You receive a personal call on everything you need to know from med. changes to daily accomplishments along with any injuries along the way.
The staff make it their personal business to get to know you and your family. They call you by name and always have positive things to say to you too!
I am so grateful for the the entire staff at Boulder Creek. It makes this transition for Our Mother so much easier!
Such a delight to come and visit! If your loved one can’t live independently anymore this is the best place for them! Such a warm, friendly, and homey atmosphere! Just like Home!
