UNACCEPTABLE CARE, very poor staffing and a "that's the best we can do attitude". I found management to be unprofessional, the Social Worker to be completely inept and safety issues abound. It appeared to me that the only goal of the Care Team was how to get my step-father out of there instead of how they could help him. My step-father fell three times in a 2 week period. I do NOT recommend this facility! The only reason I gave a 1-Star rating is because Abraham (PT/OT) earned it. Abraham was the only shining star in that place.
