Crystal Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care offers studio style apartments with all inclusive pricing. We are a secure facility with four buildings on our campus. Each building can accommodate twenty residents. We offer private and semi private studio style apartments. Our all inclusive pricing covers room and board, assistance with activities of daily living, incontinene care, medication management, three meals daily, daily snacks, life enrichment activites, laundry services and housekeeping services.

My friend moved into the memory care of Crystal Creek Assisted Living. She's receiving pretty good care there and they're doing a pretty good job with her. The community is nice and clean, it's bright, and open. The rooms are pretty big, she's in a semi-private room. They provide a big nightstand, a chair, and an armoire, then they provide a cable television, but you gotta provide your own TV. They also have a big bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bar for the toilet, so it's pretty nice. The staff is very friendly. I've had some food and it's actually pretty good. They do activities two times a week, and it's pretty good. Considering other places that I looked at and the prices, I think their price is pretty good.

We toured Crystal Creek Assisted Living but we weren't impressed at all. They were short staffed so one of the nurses took us through somewhat quickly. The whole atmosphere seemed quite depressing. We saw a studio and it seemed fine, but we just didn't like the atmosphere. The dining area wasn't as nice as the other place we saw, it's older, more dated, and more institutionalized. The staff who accommodated us was not the one who normally gives tours, so she was doing her best but you can tell it wasn't her job to do that. She was distracted by a lot of other things that probably were her job. They weren't able to even see Mom in time. So even if we did like them, which we didn't, they just couldn't have met our time. I didn't see a lot of staff, and the staff members were certainly not as friendly. Things looked much older, nothing was dirty of course, but it just gave you a feeling of a rundown place. Residents were sitting around staring at the TV. They didn't have a lot to say about how many activities they had or how they engage people.
