We're choosing Caretel Inns of Brighton because my mom seemed to like it the best for my dad. There are not a lot of employees, they're not very personable, and it's hard to get anybody to answer any questions. Nobody knows anything. You have to talk to somebody else, and if you don't ask the question ten times, you don't get an answer. You have to ask for the twelfth, thirteenth, and fourteenth time. The food is not good, and my dad doesn't eat it. In terms of activities, they've tried to do a couple of small things with him, but it's very minimal. There are parts of it that were recently redone that are nice. They said they redid the memory care part, but I don't know where they got that from. It had not been redone; it is older than the hills.
