My mom is in Cambrian Senior Living Tecumseh. She's in their memory care because she has dementia. I reached out to some people, and some people from church had recommended it, so I went to see it. It's pricey but it's really nice. I don't know how old the place is, but it looks like it's brand new. It's clean and it's very well kept. They also have different levels of care. They're really good but expensive. She's only been in for two weeks, going on her third week. They have restrictions with going in, so I've only been in there once to see her, and everything looked fine. From what I see, the staff is just so kind and so nice. She also says she likes the food. They keep her busy throughout the day. They just told me some of the things they do. I don't know what she's getting, but that's what they claim that they do there. The layout of the facility is very nice. It's like a triangle and the rooms go around it. In the middle, there's a courtyard where they have really pretty flowers and places to sit down in the shade. The residents can go in and out but they're basically locked in; they can't get out. They have another little courtyard, a little area where it's closed in and the rooms are kind of within the rooms. It's for people who don't like crowds. It seems like a nice layout.
