At Angel Core Home of Care, we are dedicated to providing loving care in an inviting home-like setting. Our residents live worry-free knowing we are always here for them. You can often find our residents interacting or entertaining their guests on our large wrap-around porch. Our handicap-accessible home has ramp access as well as a stairlift. We are also equipped with an emergency generator so that we are always prepared for inclement weather.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood we are conveniently located near several churches and are a short walk to local shopping. Our dedicated staff works hard to help each resident feel comfortable, safe, at ease, and most importantly, at home.

Angel Core Home of Care is just a small house, so they only had like six people in it. It is a house with six bedrooms.
The person who gave us the tour, Angela, was very friendly and very informative. They had clients in the rooms, and the clients let us come in and see the room. They had a couch with a TV, but none of the clients were watching TV there. They were all in their rooms watching TV by themselves. I didn't see anybody interact. Their rooms were nice.
I saw the menu, but I didn't try the food. It was a normal menu. The dining area was kind of like the common area, so the dining room and living room were pretty much open.
They have activities like morning yoga and outings to go to the store or wherever. They have two different showers. If you want a small community, then this would be a good fit. The only drawback is that a lot of bedrooms are on the second floor. They have a chairlift, so people that need it can go up the steps.
It is a clean facility. I think the one thing that they could improve on is the food choices. It just didn't seem like they gave a variety of choices to eat. They give snacks, too.
