Harmony Village is a Special Care Residence dedicated to providing a safe and therapeutic community for the older adult who may struggle with behavioral health issues such as anxiety, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress and/or chronic struggles with alcohol or substance abuse. This small, secured community provides a supportive, structured and compassionate setting along with enrichment activities and workshops to enhance the quality of life of each of our residents. Our Resident Care team has the experience, compassion and collaborative relationships with other professionals to assist our residents to successfully experience everyday life.

Residents have access to all services and programs offered throughout the Golden Pond campus and their level of supervision and independence is based upon emotional and physical care needs. Through workshops, collaboration between care providers and evidenced-based approaches, the Harmony Village residents experience an enriching and intentional daily life.

Dementia Care at Legacy Village

Legacy Village at Golden Pond is a boutique dementia Special Care Residence designed with lots of natural light and cozy common spaces. This neighborhood offers programming for those who are diagnosed not only with Alzheimer’s disease but for those who experience atypical dementias and other related neurological disorders such as frontal temporal degeneration (FTD), chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) or movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease or Multiple Sclerosis.
