My mother has been in St James Place for less than a month now. So far, it's been outstanding. They have worked very closely with us, from my initial visit up to now. There's not a single negative thing that we could say. It's been great.
Her room is just a single-person room, and she has no roommate, so it's a private room. I don't recall any room options that they have in the memory care section, but I like the security of it, and that's important to us. We have access to her, not just at the window or on the cellphone, and we can visit her twice a week. Their prices are on the high side, but they were willing to negotiate with us to help meet our budget.
