Memory Care

Eagle's View offers an affordable memory care community for older adults.

We provide opportunities for residents to maintain a sense of purpose and belonging throughout the different seasons of dementia. Our focus is on abilities rather than limitations because we understand that as we age, our hearts, hopes and desires do not. We continuously seek innovation through a variety of philosophies to sustain the aspects of life that really matter. We use a person's life story to create a tailored, personalized approach to serving individuals and their families.

My husband is at Eagle's View Supportive Living & Memory Care. It is alright, but the problem is they're on lockdown. I put my husband there a week ago, and I have not been able to see him. They're fine, but their hands are tied with the Governor's orders and I am not sure how long it's going to be that I will not be able to go in and see and have access to him. They let me Facetime him one time, but that was really not working that well either. I helped him move in, and I was there for about 15 minutes. I helped him unpack and put things away and we went out and get a little shopping for things he needed, but that is not nearly enough to really understand. They won't let me back in. His room is just one room with a bathroom and a small kitchen. I know he has a problem hearing and I have been wanting to get in and work with him on his hearing aid. He did not have a hearing aid in, and he could not hear anything. So, here's this poor guy who is having a problem to start with and he could not hear anybody, and they say they've been able to manage him. I want him to at least have some kind of a quality of life while he is there, and I don't see that he's getting it. They won't let anybody into the building at all.
