Randall Residence of Decatur was a good facility, and it was clean. The people were there to take care of my mother, but her dementia accelerated, and she couldn't take care of herself anymore. She wouldn't use her walker and they didn't want to put her in a wheelchair. She kept falling and ending up in the hospital because they didn't have the people to watch her all the time, but the staff was all very nice. I have no complaints about any of them. It's better than a lot of places. They played Bingo, and we had Christmas dinner with her there. I was satisfied.
