No consistency with staff at all. Staff not trained. Facility smells of urine as soon as you walk in. Individual rooms rarely cleaned. Some residents not cleaned for hours. Management not helpful. Wellness Director should be a RN, not a LPN.

Bloomington Fox Creek Villas and Reflections was nice, I like it. Their rooms were okay, although I like the other ones better. The staff was friendly and helped me out. They had music playing and the residents were watching TV while we were there.
