I took a tour of Green Oaks Senior Living, and it was a beautiful facility. I spent more than a couple hours there. I just talked to the lady again yesterday because she called me. I would rate it very highly, except the fact that they could not guarantee me a price. The prices depend upon their evaluation of the resident, and that was hard. I think my wife would probably end up being evaluated as having to pay the most. They were going to raise the monthly rates to $1,300 in one year. The price was not acceptable to us, but it's a great place. I'd rate it pretty high, but the price was just too high. There used to be a very large nursery that was torn down and this place was built. It has all of these trees all over the place and a lake in the back. It is relatively new too, so it's a beautiful facility.
