The Canyons Retirement Community Twin Falls, ID is the area’s newest Continuing Care Retirement Community. We currently offer two levels of on-campus care to help adults transition from home to a safe and dignified living environment: luxurious assisted living and compassionate memory care.

The Canyons Retirement Community looks good from the outside, but once you get a family member in there, they just stick them in a room and forget about them. They can improve on communication with family and making sure that residents shower. My aunt was there for almost a month and a half and didn't get one shower. They were falsifying logs. On the surface, it looks good. They offered activities, exercises, transportation, and those kinds of things, like most facilities do. But we had to really stay on top of them as a family member, especially in memory care, or they would just leave my aunt sitting in her room. They didn't include her in anything. The staff is very good at being friendly when talking to you, but they didn't have very good follow through with what we were requesting and what needed to be done. The community's physical appearance is nice, clean, and modern.

The Canyons Retirement Community was very impressive because it was pretty much brand new. It was a very nice place and the people I talked to were nice. Everything seemed to be fine. They dining room was like a restaurant and it looked very good.
