About This Community

At Harmony Hills we strive to help residents live a life worth celebrating through exceptional care and service, providing a positive environment, and enriching the lives of our residents through kindness, respect, and integrity.

Assisted Living

As age increases, many people find it difficult to manage their daily responsibilities. Instead of struggling on their own, or demanding countless hours of help from family, assisted living may be the answer.

Our residents can receive 24/7 assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, transportation, and medication reminders.

At Harmony Hills, you reside in your own private and spacious suite and are relieved of household chores such as laundry, cooking, and cleaning.

Your family can have a peace of mind knowing we provide:

  • Medication Assistance
  • Meal Preparation
  • Private bedrooms
  • Daily activities
  • Daily exercise program
  • Housekeeping
  • Optional religious services
  • Bathing or Dressing Assistance
  • Incontinence Care
  • Assistance with walking or Wheelchair Assistance
  • Wireless Emergency Response System

Memory Care

What Is Memory Care?

Memory care is a long-term care solution for elderly adults living with memory loss, including Alzheimer’s and many other forms of dementia. Memory Care services include a secure unit with staff trained to help, love and understand the needs of people needing memory care.

Harmony Hills Memory Care

We know that memory loss affects everyone differently; This is why we focus on personalized care plans. After getting to know each resident as an individual, we can come up with the best way to meet the resident’s exact needs. We will correlate with each resident’s doctors and loved ones before the anticipated move-in to create your wellness plan that helps ensure the proper level of care is provided, even as needs change.

My wife was at Spring Gardens Meridian. It's a nice new place, but they didn't have the experienced staff that I needed. My wife wasn't getting her medication taken. The staff were nice and very caring, but they didn't get the job done. My wife's room was very nice. It's a great place, and it's new. She hadn't participated in their activities because we hadn't quite gotten to that point. The food was good, and the value for money was good, but they needed more training. I didn't have a lot of communication with them. My wife was having trouble then, and I didn't know about it. The fundamentals of care weren't there. She needed a little bit more help and she needed to stay on her medication, but she only got her medication for about half the time we were there, which caused us to end up in the hospital for a month.

My mother-in-law is a resident of the memory care level of Harmony Hills, and it’s very different from the assisted living community. So far, everything has been absolutely wonderful. The staff is great and they’re very attentive to her. It’s like living in a five-star hotel, and the rooms are exceptionally large, even the studios. It’s a brand-new building and they have a cleaning staff, so it’s never dirty. They also have a master chef on staff. He’s a wonderful chef and they have good choices. Everything I have tasted so far has been great. They have two dining areas. One is a private area for memory care and the other one is a large area for assisted living. It’s set up with tables, flowers, and napkins, and it’s very nicely done. Their activities director has just come onboard, and they’ve only been open for about three weeks. They have a hair salon, a movie theater, an exercise room, gaming areas, and they have an ice cream parlor that’s open 24/7. At Harmony Hills they are open to suggestions and your observations, which would help them take care of your loved one. My mother-in-law is at the top level of memory care. There are three levels of memory care, and five to six levels in assisted living here. They just opened on April 1st.
