My mother-in-law moved into Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind. It's nice because it's close to home, so we can visit often. She's made some good friends there. The facility is clean. However, we've had to have some repair work done on the room before she moved in or after she moved in. It was not up to par. They have a courtyard, a salon, games, and activities to engage their memory. They need to work on their communication among themselves. The food is decent. The dining area is clean. They have everybody out there, so it's very community-oriented.
They just need to ensure that their rooms are ready and safe for clients coming in. In my particular circumstance, the alarm bells had no strings attached to them, the door was not functioning properly, and the flooring was coming up and was a fall hazard.

My mother just moved into Prestige Assisted Living at Autumn Wind. It's very nice and very welcoming. The staff has been excellent with her so far. I've eaten two meals with her there and she's been enjoying all of them. They have physical therapy with memory games and music and they have a computer room where they teach them how to use it and it's incorporated with music, which helps their memory as well.
