worst care ever. Mom was found by us during a morning visit laying on floor unable to get up on her own and poo everywhere. Had we not showed up who knows how long she would have been there before getting help. One visit she was found left outside all alone and cold during dinner. She went with out eating that night. The owner is a cold person and the place is way under staffed. I don't like the fact my mom spent her last few months of life at this horrible place. You you love the person who needs assisted living/memory care run from this place

I would Never Put a Love one in this place. My mom and sister died in this place. A new staffer put down a rug that was stashed in the upper closet, in the bathroom. My mom fell and hit her head on the sink. Owner never would contact me about this. Blamed me for putting the rug in the closet. She died within a week. The next month later my sister got hurt bad in memory care. I had no clue what happened. A staff member told me they weren’t supposed to tell me. Yet my sister was attacked by another patient. She died within two weeks. I would come 2/3 a week and sometimes more. Other friends would come as well. We all noticed a limited staff. Changing of staff all the time. My sister had memory issues and the staff would not even bring her to the table to eat. I had to go every morning to make sure they bought her to the table and gave her food. If you want a cheap place and ur family to die quickly. Then this is the place for you. This memory care needs to be shut down. All issues need to be reported. The owner is cheap. The staff doesn’t stay due to low pay

My mom is living in memory care at Lenity Senior Living. The care has been very good and I feel comfortable with the situation there. Mom is really adjusted well and happy. She has made acquaintances which is one of the things I wanted her to get back into. They're all very friendly and the place is set in a home setting. They always gather in the living room area or in the TV room, and they got lots of comfortable seats, blankets and recliners. You got your own private space in your apartment, so I think it's working out well for her. The people there are very kind, and you always see the director making rounds, talking and sitting with the people a bit. Last weekend, they had Irish dancers come in and do a little performance, so they bring out the memory care people along with the assisted living to watch some of these things. They had Bible studies during the week that are offered to them, and they'll bring them out with the assisted living group. They don't just have them locked away. If there's something they want to participate in the assisted living area, they'll bring them out and let them participate, too.
