I had an in-person tour of The Plaza at Punchbowl. All the residents there seemed and looked really happy. They were happy like it was their home.
They were active in doing activities. They had games, exercises, a beauty salon, and a physical therapy room.
They showed us a private room and a shared room. They had a big lobby, a big sitting room, a dining room, and an exercise activity room. They were all on the first floor.
The person who showed us around was the administrator. She was very impressive because she knew everyone's name. She introduced us to everyone who walked by us and introduced them by name. The facility was very clean. It seemed like a very nice and comfortable place to live.
