Aspen Village was a nice place. I had a tour of that facility before when it was brand new, and just recently to consider it for my husband. It still looks the same. I just think the colors and the updates need to change, to give it more of a fresher look, just to get more friendly, welcoming, in the colors and stuff. For Aspen, the gentleman was very nice. He answered all my questions. Everybody's nice. They do have patios, and they can walk outside. I didn't see a whole lot of people at the time, so it was hard for me to see what they were doing. They need younger staff maybe, some younger people. I know they had someone working the front desk who seemed to be very well up in age, but she was able to handle it. I just like friendly, young faces, people that are energetic, and excited to be working.

My grandfather was at Aspen Village at Lost Mountain. The staff there was great and they were very helpful with everything. The memory care supervisor, Evie, was great. My dad was there for the last 4 weeks of his life. They took great care of him and anything he wanted they would bring it to his room and help him eat. It was a very clean and nice community, plus the food was great as well.

We really liked Aspen Village at Lost Mountain, but they only had assisted living and dementia care. My father-in-law didn't quite fit wih the people that they care for, so they couldn't take him. He had too much wrong with him. It was great, but he required more care than they could provide. It's warm, clean, and professional. The person during the tour answered all our questions.
