My mother is in the memory care level at the Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill. The experience has been great. The staff is very friendly. It is clean, and there are lots of activities to do.
The only improvement they need would be the food. It is kinda bland, and most times that is what my mom is saying. There are good days and bad days, but they just need more variety.
Her room is very nice. It has a nice window view of the courtyard area. It is very clean and comfortable.
They bring in singers and entertainment stuff. They have some dogs that they bring in to interact with them. They go on outings to eat at restaurants or go to movies.
