I thought this was going to be a good place for my parents, but I was wrong. My Mom is in the memory care section and the staff turns over so often it's hard to get any continuity in care. She's been there for four months and I have not been allowed to visit her because they can't come up with a suitable COVID protection protocol. My Dad is in the independent living section and probably once a week they forget to deliver his meal to him. Atria also announced a rate increase just 60 days after my parents moved in. We were suppose to have price protection for the first year, but they reneged on that and raised the price 5%. Moving my parents to Atria North Point has not been a good experience.

I wasn't thrilled with Atria North Point. It was nice, but there was no outside place where the residents could walk out to that had grass and flowers. They have a little rooftop thing, but it was very small. The person in charge of the laundry took me around and I wasn't really impressed with that. The place is in a very good location.
