The home is newly renovated. I've seen new floors, furniture, tv's and paint. The home is very clean - the housekeeping staff is exceptional. Activities are conducted in different units at different levels to accomodate all residents. The director of activities is a very nice young man who is always willing to help. I was able to get a board game group together to play weekly. My family always feels welcome to visit. The covid protocols are very inconvenient but seems to be working in keeping us safe. The resident aides are friendly and assist coordinating doctors visits and pharmacy orders. I had a computer and had an issue with wi-fi. The maintenance staff got me an ethernet cord set up in my room and help assemble my "office". I a surprised I was able to settle in so quickly. Thank you for your help

My mother has only been a resident for a few months. In that short time she has been sexually assaulted by other residents and yesterday was taken to the hospital with a fractured nose and eye socket. This place seems under staffed and what staff they do have seem incapable of doing their job. Please do not put your loved ones in this facility.
