We toured the Grand Villa of Lakeland. It was very friendly. It was bright and cheery. The food service had a large variety. They had like 30 items, and it's restaurant style. It was very clean. The layout was one story in a circular layout. The building basically it circled around, so you couldn't get lost or mom couldn't. The staff is very friendly. Their executive director and their head nurse have both been there for several years, so longevity was there. People like to work there.

My husband entered Memory Care in 2019. Through everything the staff has gone beyond my expectations in his care, keeping me connected during COVID, and through his illness. I would and have recommended them for Assisted living and Memory Care.

We went to see the memory care at Grand Villa in Lakeland. It was a nice place, but not as up to date as we wanted. The staff was very friendly though, they were very good.
They had activities and different things going on. They also have an activity director but I don't remember the activities they did with the people.
I remember they had a courtyard area for people to go and be outside for some meals. They have a very nice dining area too, but I did not sample the food. With the COVID situation, they don't have a sample of their food right now.

My father moved into Grand Villa of Lakeland. The staff is excellent, they're all friendly, helpful, and my dad loves it there. His room is great. Sometimes he likes the food, and sometimes he doesn't. The dining area is really nice; they always make sure he goes to the dining room, and that's really good.
