Overpriced for the quality of service that is provided to its residents. Also, there is absolutely NO diversity within the staff.

Inspired Living at Tampa just suited all our needs and everything is going great for my mother. She likes it. The place is very calming. The rooms are very quiet and unique. The services are very good and the staff is very caring. There are plenty of activities and different things to do every day. So, there's a good opportunity to meet with other people. The dining area is very neat, very clean, and well-structured. It's a good value for our money.

We ended up choosing Inspired Living at Tampa for my mom because she has a friend that lives there whom she's known for most of her life. So, it was a good match that they can be there together. Also, she needs memory care (which they have). They're great people and they're nice to us. She's eaten better than ever. They also have activities going around the clock. They have painting, bingo, crafts, movies, and people come to play music for them.

We have been extremely happy with the choice of IL Tampa for our family member. Everyone there is so supportive and kind. The communication and care is top notch. I especially love all the updates they post on FB to see what activities they are doing at the community.

My grandmother is in Inspired Living at Tampa. It seems just like a perfect second home for her. Everybody is incredibly knowledgeable. It's a smaller facility, which I think would be great for her liking to walk around and not getting too confused or lost.
Her room is very spacious and very nice. Everything was updated. The whole facility really just seemed very clean. It doesn't have any foul odors. It all smelled very pleasant. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive. 10/10 for everything.
She loves the meals. She says it's absolutely fantastic and that was so relieving to hear from her because we've never really been able to please her palate. The fact that she loves the food there has been great.
They have cornhole and bingo. They have a fish tank. They were telling me that one of their last adventures was to go pick out some new fish. The day we got there, they were having an ice cream social. They do all sorts of activities like that to keep them engaged.

Inspired Living at Tampa was excellent. We would rate it very high across the board. It was very clean, bright, welcoming, and attractive and the staff was also very engaging. I observed staff interacting very positively with the residents. The woman who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and empathetic. I felt she really listened to what we were saying and looking for; all except for the Medicaid part of it.
We were very impressed with the facility. We liked the interior and the exterior. We liked that it had an enclosed courtyard with walking paths and raised garden beds for the residents.
We also liked that they had a separate room that you could visit with your loved one. We had to bring my aunt with us. We couldn't bring her on the tour, so she had to stay in that room. She was a little bit agitated because she had to stay in that room by herself, but there were things to kind of entertain her in that room. The staff kept checking in with her and made her as comfortable as possible. I just really liked it.
The other thing that was negative for us besides the Medicaid is the distance from our home. It was such a long distance to travel from our house that we probably would only visit her maybe once or twice a week.
They were serving lunch, and it smelled delicious and very appealing. It was definitely worth the price.

They were very good at Inspired Living at Tampa. I sat with the head nurse and the sales girl there, they were very cordial, and very knowledgeable, and they presented themselves really well. You would feel comfortable with them. My wife is somewhat difficult, but I feel comfortable with her being there. If things don't work out, I would give them a shot. It's a lot closer, too. The facility looked very nice, and from what I saw, it seemed very presentable.

Inspired Living at Tampa wasn't as nice as other places. The general appearance was fine. They had window units in the air conditioning so it was like an old hotel. It was a little odd. The person who accommodated me was very nice. The rooms weren't that nice. Residents seemed to be more active. They had church going on and dance classes.

My mother rooms is sunny and always kept pristine (thanks for the attention to detail). She has dementia but seems happy almost all the time. There are plenty of activities and my mom always complains that she cannot do everything. Children from a near daycare come sometimes to visit and play there; this is what my mother loves best.

No refrigerator allowed in room. No ceiling lights. No phone included in room. Menu is cheap with only 2 choices and no everyday menu such as hamburgers, soup, salad, grilled cheese, etc.. No fresh fruit or snack bar for 24 hour access especially since no fridge allowed in room. Ridiculous. No pets allowed to stay with resident. Daycare kids brought into facility to entertain and spread germs. Questions are evaded. Air conditioner units do not cool off room properly.

Inspired Living at Tampa was kind of nice. It's more of memory care and was very different. It looked good, but the ambiance felt lonely. There wasn't very many people walking around. The person there was very nice and attentive. They're good people. It's just that their style may be different. I didn't see that many activities happening the day I went.
