Privately owned, Cypress Creek has been operated by our family for over 40 years. We have taken our decades of experience and knowledge and used it to continually improve the manner in which we care for your loved ones.

Our innovative approach, like our signature “peer neighborhoods” which house 12 to 20 residents with similar care needs, sets Cypress Creek apart from the others. The home-like feeling is exemplified in these neighborhoods. Each one includes tastefully furnished private or semi-private rooms, dining and communal living room areas. Residents enjoy a comfortable and safe setting with a high staff-to-resident ratio resulting in a fulfilling quality life.

Choose from a variety of floor plan options. Our private and semi-private rooms each have a bath with shower and are furnished with a bed, dresser, nightstand and recliner or chair. If you prefer, you may bring your own furniture. Many private rooms have a lanai which opens onto a secure courtyard. The all-new Legacy Assisted Living facility floor plan has a kitchenette with a living room area for entertaining friends and family.

Cypress Creek has full-time nursing staff and is ECC licensed, allowing residents to age-in-place. All staff are trained in dementia and Alzheimer’s, using validation and redirection techniques for positive and calm communication. The longevity of our staff is a testament to the work environment we have created, a nurturing and supportive family environment.

We know how important healthy and delicious meals are to our residents. The dining experience is a large part of the resident’s social life. Our menus are seasonally inspired, planned, and prepared with culinary expertise. We take every consideration into making mealtimes a truly pleasant and gratifying time. Residents use this time to socialize and develop friendships.
