I cannot express how grateful my family and I are for the care and compassion shown daily by the staff at Tuscan Gardens. My mom is thriving with renewed sense of purpose and joy in memory care. the staff have become our family and we know mom is in the best hands possible. We highly recommend Tuscan Gardens to anyone looking for exceptional care and support.

If I could give the Memory Care facility less than 1 star , I would. This place is filthy. You immediately smell urine as soon as you walk into the vestibule, before entering the actual Memory Care area. Things of my mothers constantly went missing. And over the last 3 months my mother was not being bathed properly and smelled very badly. I even complained as high up as The VP of operations. The management sees nothing wrong with the state of the facility and nothing is going to change here. So, after 8 months of complaints and hoping they would do the right things to fix their issues, I moved my mom. Note- if you have complaints about a facility in Fl, also send information AS IT IS HAPPENING to ACHA . ACHA did an inspection of the facility and found it to be “in limits” of their guidelines. It is amazing to me what is within their guidelines. Wow!
