We visited the memory care at The Brennity at Melbourne and we had a very good tour experience. The facility was very clean. It almost seemed like a resort. It didn't seem like a senior living place. It was a very nice environment and very well received. The staff was very kind, too.

The staff has been very creative in keeping us in contact even without visits during the pandemic. Facetime, staff phoning and now outside one on one visits with a fence between. My only problem is with the business office which seems very inefficient. But staff and resident treatment exceeds expectations.
