The food is awful some meat is unidentifiable cold and no fresh vegetables or fruit and lunch and dinner are served so late dinner after 7
l have been here post hospital for pneumonia the staff wears perfume and body lotion which aggravates my lungs l have asthma and allergies my nurse said the cna didn't have perfume and handed me masks while they changed my roommate this has prolonged my stay most try to be aware but it;s been terrible they are short staffed and you don't get rooms cleaned , showers , or bed changed unless you ask. The call button is not answered for 20 minutes or more l called the DON while l had issues no response. This place has some very good nurses and cna's but when you need someone to be vigilant it doesn't happen no management has helped me even telling the Dr, hasn't helped. They took 4 hours to tell the crew my bathroom light went out .....so disappointed with some staff that disregarded my lung problems. l was impressed with therapy the staff for PT and OT are great. There were no activities for the non residents that l was aware of.
