I've visited Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes, and I was extremely impressed with them. It's very, very high-scale when it comes to the staff and everything. The only reason I gave up on it is that the price wasn't affordable, but I was impressed by everything else. The staff was very nice, they were very patient, they had a very great staff. They showed me different models, as far as rooms, the shared one, a full one, and they showed me the dining room. They also showed me the outside, the gazebo, and where they go for activities. They showed me everything.

Low energy caregivers, limited interaction with residents, medical and supervisory care lacking at times. Doesn't seem to be enough staff around if resident needs help or is injured. Food is good and the outside grounds are nice.

My mother resided at Hidden Lakes for six weeks in June-July of 2021. I had very high hopes based on my tours and conversations with the sales representative about all of the activities and caregiver responsibilities. I found that the promises did not hold up in reality. Inconsistent and poorly trained staff, especially in the evenings, resulted in little follow through on care and increasing behavioral problems for my mom. I visited 6 days a week and communicated with her every evening through video chat. I was providing the majority of her evening care through the video chat. After my security camera recorded a particularly concerning and inappropriate interaction between clearly untrained staff and my mother, I removed her.

Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes was a good place. The manager who took me on a tour was very knowledgeable and very good. It's a small place, but very well cared for, and very clean. I liked their mission as far as what they do there, and it's also one that was recommended by our doctor. They had a bathroom shower in each studio apartment, and it was also roomy enough to accommodate a bureau, a twin, or maybe even a full-size bed, and a good size chair. One of the main activities that they stressed was that they highlighted a different country each month. All the activities, all the meals, and all what-have-you around that country were stressed, and they would do different things regarding that particular country for the whole month, so that they would learn about different countries. They also have a large activity room, a putting green, and a gazebo.

Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes was a beautiful facility, but it was too expensive. We got the impression that the salesperson was a salesperson and really had zero contact with the staff and the residents. It's the newest facility we saw. The rooms were outstanding. The facility was top rated. Everything about it was first class all the way. The outside and the dining area were outstanding. They had activities and an activity director. It's all memory care.

Dad with LBD and Parkinson's lives here. You furnish and decorate the room as you like. Outside each door is a collage you make about the person living there. Beautiful grounds with free access to the outdoors for residents. Two lovely screened lanai's to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The staff is plentiful, loving and attentive. Food is great and there are plenty of activities, Two dining rooms and if a resident needs help with eating staff is there to help. Love it and happy Dad is in such a wonderful place.

The appearance of Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes was fine. It appeared neat and clean. The rooms were decent, but I didn't like how they were set up. They have long hallways and my mother would never be able to find her room unless somebody took her. The person who assisted me was very nice. When I was there, there were no activities going on except for two people reading the newspaper at a table. The dining area looked fine. The facility was decorated nicely, but I did not get a homey feel.

Inspired Living really cared about the individual. The location was closer to me. They had a man cave, and they had a pool table. If I have to put my husband there, I feel like they would make sure he had all he needed as a person.

My father is currently in Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes. I'm generally satisfied, but at times they're overwhelmed with the folks that they have there. The level of care and quality sometimes are mediocre. What impressed me most is the location to my mom's residence. He likes the food fine. His room is average and is acceptable for what he needs. The staff seem caring and friendly, although at times over tasked in terms of their duties.

Inspired Living is a wonderful place. It’s assisted living, but its all memory-care. It’s brand new, and they have everything they need there. The administrative people are wonderful, and it was a very easy process. They have activities from 8AM to 8PM

The staff was very friendly at Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes. The facility was open and cheerful. I like the way that the residents looked well-taken care of. It’s probably the best one I've seen. Their rooms are very nice. I met the chef, and the food was very good.

I was very impressed with InspiredLiving at Hidden Lakes. My mother is doing well, and I am as happy as I could be. I think it’s an excellent place, I really do. I went down there not knowing what to expect, knowing my mother was in there, and I came away feeling like I am so blessed that my mother is there. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. There was an abundance of them. I mean, I felt like they were watched very carefully. There wasn’t anything that I found negative, nothing, not even moderate. It was just tip-top. Everything was very clean and well thought out for passageways and the things that they’re doing. I’m just very impressed. The murals that they’re doing on the walls for the residents -- that’s wonderful, and the residents are part of it. They’re doing like honors for some of them who have got veterans in their family. They’re having a space for that resident to honor their veterans and have their pictures up. Then they’re doing an aquamarine mural. It’s just amazing. I can’t wait to see when they get finished. It’s really cool.

My uncle lives here and it has been a great choice for him and our family. The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly and he always has lots of interesting activities and entertainment. And the food is so good we eat with him as often as we can when we visit. I highly recommend Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes to anyone.

I would not recommend Hidden Lakes Living because mom was not taken care of. Their staff is not up to par yet. They are new so they are going through things. We chose this one because it's supposed to be memory care, but they weren't working with her at all while she was there. I go there daily and she was always sitting by herself or sleeping in her room and they weren't paying any attention to her at all. She fell on her face and got stitches. My mother had her own room, but they didn't check on her enough. They told me that they woke her up in 6 o'clock in the morning and I asked why. I was glad to get her out of there. The rooms were adequate though, with a nice bathroom and a shower.

Hidden Lakes was a fairly new facility. It has well layout with a smooth and relaxing walls, which they had painted very well. The personnel, I believed the name was Jennifer, was very helpful. She showed us the rooms. We went there on different meetings for dementia. It impressed us a lot and it was near the place where we lived.
