So far, Sunrise of Boynton Beach has been a wonderful place for my mother. It's a perfect place, they're very good and it's a safe place. Everybody there has been wonderful. They have a daily list of activities. Their facilities are great, it's clean, it's new, and there's nothing I can say that's bad. They have a salon there.

We toured Sunrise of Boynton Beach. I wish that the person who we were speaking with there had more knowledge and would have told us to begin with that my ex-husband wasn't qualified to go in there. He made it sound like they could do it. It was more of a salesman-type person as opposed to a nurse or a social worker or somebody more familiar with the medical end of it. The place was beautiful, well-kept, and looked nice and all that stuff, and it seemed like it would be a wonderful place for my ex-husband. We had our hopes up that he would get in, but it didn't work out. This guy was more of a salesperson (He said he was a salesperson) and not a knowledgeable person as far as what's needed for people who would possibly go there. The community itself was very, very nice. It's new.

Sunrise of Boynton Beach is relatively new, so it's very immaculate. The grounds were beautiful and the staff was nice. They gave me a tour of the whole place, including both assisted living and memory care. The memory care was small now, but they have the ability to expand much larger and I don't think that's good for a memory center. Everyone I met was very, very informative, very thorough, and nice. They had facilities for your nails and hair, they had music, exercise classes, and they had ways of detecting if somebody gets up in the middle of the night. They seemed to be highly organized as to how to deal with that. It was also clean and they had all the things that you would look for.

Sunrise of Boynton Beach was a beautiful place, but we were only able to see a model room. We couldn't see the actual room or the area where my cousin would have been, but the place was very nice and brand new. The person who took us for a tour was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very nice. I didn't meet any other staff who worked with the residents. The only thing we saw was the dining area and the model apartment on the first floor. I was there for maybe forty-five minutes to an hour taking the tour. I used the bathroom, and that was clean. Everything was clean and excellent. We looked at the memory care.
