We visited Brookdale Paddock Hills and we were very impressed. That was the second one that we were gonna choose. Brookdale was very nice, but it was more expensive for my mother's price, and we just liked the other place 'cause it was a little bit smaller to get her used to it. It's just more like a bigger facility, but I would say it was not the price range for us/for her, and the rooms were smaller. The staff member, she was wonderful. They said they had activities, but we didn't see any going on at that time. They just showed us the cafeteria where they eat, but it was raining that day, so most of the clients were in their rooms. There was a courtyard in there with a fenced-in area.
