Columbine Chateau is a locally owned and operated family orientated health care service for the elderly. We aim to provide our residents an environment where they are able to live the life they want! We offer many different activities and social events. Your loved ones can visit you anytime they want. It is our goal to provide a safe place where you can continue doing the things you love while receiving the support and care you deserve.

Columbine Chateau aims to provide a place where senior citizens can receive compassionate and superb healthcare while living life to the fullest. We can provide you with the assistance you need while still allowing you to have your independence and do the things you love. We are here to show you the utmost respect, dignity, and understanding that you deserve. We understand how difficult life can be, and we are here to ensure you are not alone.

Our objective is to provide all of your social, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. Just because you are in your golden years, it does not mean you have to stop enjoying life. You do not have to be alone because we are providing a home where you can live the life you want today. And to make life easier, we do accept Medicaid, so you do not have to break the bank to get the care you need! We also accept private pay if you prefer it as well.

We know the struggles of growing older, and this is the reason why we are offering services designed to help make life for you easier! We can provide you with three hot, nutritious, and delicious meals and three snacks every single day.

Daily Housekeeping

We know the struggle of maintaining the house, so let us do it for you!

Personal Laundry

Believe it or not but we can actually do your laundry. Now talk about convenience!

Educational Programs

We can educate you and your family on our services and on healthcare as well.

Transportation Services

We can transport you to your doctor’s appointments, to your health providers, and also to our outings. We pay for the outings as well.

Bible Studies

We offer bible studies for everyone who is interested.

Memory Care

Columbine Chateau’s staff is capable of caring for residents who are diagnosed with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. We offer sensitive and compassionate care management for the elderly with special needs.

Columbine Chateau was too much like a nursing home. All we saw were residents sitting in chairs in front of the TV. All the bathrooms and bedrooms were shared, and they mix the male and female. We checked out the memory care. The staff member we talked to was very nice and informative, but I think you should be able to stand alone on your own without having to bash other places. Also, I didn't really see any amenities there. I didn't think that it was real clean. It was just not really set up or decorated to make it look nice. The rooms were small. They all have twin beds, and you have to share a room; you can't have a private room. It might be a good location more for people out in the Pueblo west area, but I don't think it was a good location for us living in the city of Pueblo.

The care that Columbine Chateau provides for my father is excellent for him. He needed a home with more expertise on memory care and they have it, so he's being well taken care of quite well. He shares a room with another person, it's a fairly large room so they have their own TV, dresser, and closet. It's very comfortable. Due to his age, he doesn't do a lot of stuff but when he's at the dining room table, they talk with him and things like that. The food is excellent and he really likes it, it's well-prepared and healthy. The staff is really good and the amenities are very nice.

We were treated very well at Columbine Chateau. They were open with us about our questions and very realistic about what was possible for my mom's care and how they would deal with her needs. They offered us a meal, but we declined. They were very accommodating to both my husband and myself. It was a very nice facility. The staff seemed very competent and very good. They have a good staff to resident ratio. Everyone we talked to was very cheery. It was nice looking on the inside. The rooms were very appealing to us.
